Bye Bye Sweden Hello Ericeira!!!

Hy!

After 10 days of shooting iam now in Ericeira Portugal.
It was a great time up in sweden, the weather was not the best but we had a lot of fun.
The last days we have been to lindvallen to shoot a hip. When we arrivedit started snow so when we woke up in the morning we got 20cm of fresh pow. We tried to shoot it in the afternoon but we just had sun for 10 min. :-(

After two more days in Bjursas i startet my trip to Portugal. Me and marc drove from Falun by train to Stockholm Arlanda und slept one night in the Jumbo Jet Hostel. It was funny to sleep in an old airplane! The smallest room ever but for one night it was fine!!

After another night at the Airport in Munich we arrived in Ericeira! First it was raining but on the second day it cleared up and we had some nice sunshine and we allready catched some good waves!

Sweden Trip Part 2

Hy!

We are now nearly a week up in Sweden. The shooting turns out pretty funny. Everyday we build a new obstactle and everybody is sending it! Today we are leaving to lindvallen to shoot a massive hip.

Nitro Team Trip Sweden!

hy!

Two days ago i started my trip to sweden... First i had to pick up the Fiat at Oberammergau and then drove to Stuttgart to sleep one night at Simon`s place. Then we drove together up to malmö where we stayed one night and met Steve and Markus. Yesterday we arrived after 20h of driving at our lodges in Bjursas! Its pretty nice here... the Resort is closed and we can do whatever we want.





Today was kind of the first shooting day but we got 20cm fresh snow overnight and now it started raining. :-( All in all the set up what the shaper guys buileded looks pretty sick!!! Its a nice mulit obstacle with a jump, corner and step up.

We build a nice t-bar jib line. that was super fun.

Kitzsteinhorn Clip!

hy!

the last days i had a little Snowboard break. I have been at home hanging out with my friends and spend some time with my girlfriend! :-) good times!!!

Today we have been to Bad Tölz to surf a little at the indoor wave... that was super funny! :-)

On Saturday we gonna start our trip to Sweden... really looking forward to shred up there... The only time i have been snowboarding in Scandinavian was in Stockholm at the incity comp.

Shooting,Contest,Shooting!

Hy!

The last weeks have been pretty busy... after the the "Haus-Masters" i have been to the Quiksilver Spring Battle and after that i have been to Kronplatz to shoot the highest jump i have ever seen!

The Spring Battle is allways super fun. The Organisation is doing a very good job, the chalets we live in are amazing and all the riders are killing it. The Weatherforecast was super bad so we decided to stop after the semi`s and the top 10 are going to the live judging on friday evening.
Its a really cool format to judge the runs live at the party. This year it was also live on the internet!! if you missed it you can watch the replay here: Replay Quiksilver Spring Battle 2012

I got 7th.



After one day break we drove to Kronplatz again to shoot a little in the perfect shaped park and then we had a sunset shoot on the highest jump ever... i was soo scared to hit it.. no snowboarder has hit it bevore so i dident know the speed. After some speed checks i hitted it and nearly overshoot the whole thing. The second jump was even worse, basti rittig was following me and we both overshoot it. After two more jumps i kind a got the speed and stomped a trick... All in all it was super scary but i got my shot, so iam happy.. my leg hurts a little but i hope its gonna be good in 1-2 days.
